In-Person Practice
Day and Time: Only Tuesday Evening practice offers an in-person option.
Location and entry: Be sure to come to the Parish House of King’s Chapel at 64 Beacon St (Boston, MA 02108), NOT the King’s Chapel Church at 58 Tremont St. Please try to arrive by 6:45pm, and in any case before 7 pm. When you come to the door it will be locked, so you will need to knock using the door knocker to be let in.
By public transportation: Right across the street from the Boston Common, this location is within a 5-10 minute walk from Park St. Station on the Red Line, or the Park St., Arlington or Boylston MBTA stations on the Green Line. The #43 bus loops around Boston Common with various stops.
By car: Metered street parking is available on Charles Street as well as on the Boston Common sides of Boylston Street and Beacon Street. However, street parking is limited as most of the area requires a residential permit. Please note the street signs indicating restrictions due to street cleaning, and the red meters that only allow for 30 minute parking. If you intend to park on the street, please allow ample time for searching. A convenient but more expensive option is a parking garage. The Boston Common Garage charges $14 after 6pm (with an online advance reservation). The Charles Street Garage charges $14 after 4pm (but charges more if you reserve a spot).
